Every PingleCooler comes with a 1-Year manufacturer warranty starting from the date of purchase (as per your invoice).

2. What is Covered?

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the motor and electrical components under normal usage conditions.

3. What is NOT Covered?

The warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage or breakage.
• Water damage due to improper use or negligence.
• Normal wear and tear of cooling pads (honeycomb pads).
• Damage caused by voltage fluctuations or unauthorized repairs.
